The Associate Kids Director partners with the Kids Director to lead, develop, and oversee TCITP Kids Ministry, helping create a safe, engaging, and Spirit-led environment where children encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.

This role exists to support vision, strengthen leadership, and ensure excellence across all areas of TCITP Kids.
